REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with current regulations, you have a right of withdrawal for purchases made on our website.

1. Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your book.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in writing (by email) before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures its protection during transport.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Check) within 14 days.

• Note: For check payments, the refund will be made by bank check sent by mail.

4. Damaged or Defective Books

• If you receive a book that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product.

• We will arrange for a standard replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, in the event of a proven defect.

5. Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the book, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part during shipping.

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
