GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

These general terms and conditions govern all relationships between Yoshimi Futamura and her customers for the sale of books via the website.

1. LEGAL NOTICE

The website yoshimifutamura.com is published by: Yoshimi Futamura, residing at 19, rue Fernand Léger – 75020 Paris, France. Publication Director: Yoshimi Futamura.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. These conditions may be modified at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The books offered are those appearing on the website at the time of consultation by the customer. In the event that a book becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and fully refunded.

4. PRICING

Fixed Price: Book prices are set in accordance with the Lang Law (Law No. 81-766 of August 10, 1981).
Display: Prices are indicated in Euros (€) excluding shipping costs.
Taxes: VAT is not applicable according to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Validation: The order is validated when the customer checks the GTC acceptance box and clicks the “Place order” button.
Payment Methods:
1. Credit/Debit Card: Secure payment via the integrated payment terminal.
2. PayPal: Use of a PayPal account or card via the PayPal interface.
3. Check: Payable to Yoshimi Futamura and sent to 19, rue Fernand Léger, 75020 Paris, France.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping Methods: Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
Pick-up Points: For collection point deliveries, the customer must select their location via the “Select Drop-Off Location” button during checkout.
Processing Times: Orders are processed upon receipt of payment (immediate for Card/PayPal, after clearance for checks).

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The customer has a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The book must be returned in its original new condition and packaging at the customer’s expense.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site (text, visuals, book content) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without written agreement.

9. DISPUTES

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action is taken in the competent courts of Paris.
