Yoshimi Futamura, ceramist.
Inspired by her meeting with the Masters of Seto, between Japanese tradition and Western avant-garde, the artist gives birth to ceramics close to sculpture. His work has a basic relationship to the material: terracotta, cracked, crossed hollow or broken is present in many museums and institutions in France and abroad.
The artist receives us at the Cipango gallery where a mini-retrospective of his work is held gathering a group of 22 pieces.
